Actress Vivica A. Fox has a sex tape that has been circulated around recently. An inebriated Fox is seen on her knees, performing oral sex to an Atlanta man, who was secretly taping her on his cell phone.

The man then e-mailed the sex tape to his friends, who then e-mailed it to Fox.

Fox then e-mailed it to a friend of hers in the Atlanta Police Department. It is unknown if Fox is filing a complaint against the man or asked the police department to handle the situation in a private manner.

The tape was confirmed by Atlanta hip-hop station V-103’s Porsche Foxx, a popular DJ in the city.

Vivica A. Fox, who was arrested in late March on two counts of DUI, was ordered by a judge to abstain from drinking alcohol until she is arraigned on DUI charges on Sept. 5.

According to the court, Vivica “can be around it because of the nature of her work, but she cannot consume or possess it.”

If she is convicted on all charges, she faces a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Jail is totally the new rehab. Say what you want about Paris Hilton, but that little bitch is a trend-setter in everything she does. This fall is going to be so awesome. Everyone’s going to jail. I bet there are reporters all over LA who are trying to figure out exactly what they want to get arrested for in the coming weeks so that they can spend a few days in Lynwood with the rest of Hollywood. I think National Enquirer already has their bail figured into next month’s budget.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Vivica A. Fox was released from jail early Wednesday after she was arrested for investigation of driving under the influence, authorities said. The 42-year-old actress was pulled over late Tuesday after her vehicle passed a patrol car on the Hollywood Freeway at 80 mph.

People, people, if you’re going to drive drunk you’ve got to slow down. That’s just common sense. Go just a few miles over the speed limit, that way the cops won’t suspect a thing. Also don’t be a minority. Just in general.
