After the jump are two stills from Tila’s livestream last night that were forwarded to me by Wendie and it’s not just the usual peep show we all look forward to (ahem. Sarcasm.) Miss Tequila must have forgotten that it was that time of the month, because right between those two toned butt cheeks was one very white, very noticeable, very undeniable TAMPON STRING.

Look, I ain’t making fun of the girl for having her period. Overshare: I have mine right now. I too have a tampon in RIGHT AS I TYPE THIS. However, you will notice one difference between the Tila and the rest of the world: When you’ve got a tampon in, keep your panties ON. And most definitely do not broadcast that ish on the interweberoonies where everyone in the world can see your damn string.

And before we catch flack for posting these insensitively: this is not like when Britney had that period stain on her panties and was caught by the paps. This is not some woman being taken advantage of and being exploited for what happens to her naturally. This is Tila Tequila, spreading ‘em on a live stream when she knows she has a tampon in.

Oh, guys.  If it wasn’t for the fact that we’re talking about famewhore Tila Tequila, this wouldn’t even be funny.  Tila has totally lost her mind.  Even her own lawyer thinks so.  Tila did a live stream earlier today, stark naked and stark raving mad, talking about everything from her real purpose in life — “I am an angel … because I am here to save the world with my army.” — to the real reason for her homosexuality:  ”People call me an attention whore .. or whatever … but excuse me I’m a grown ass woman and I’m confident in myself …I think a woman’s body is a beautiful thing … that’s why I’m a lesbian … I was born naked … anybody who is against that is gay and in denial.”

Attorney Cyrus Nownejad tells TMZ he thinks the “domestic violence” incident with Shawne in September may have “pushed her over the edge.”
Nownejad acknowledges something is seriously wrong with Tila and he’s trying to figure out how to get her some help.

Tila just took down her Ustream, showing her dancing nude and talking crazy in front of the camera. She also went off on Shawne and his alleged drug use.

Oh, dear God above, please let there be recorded footage of this somewhere.  Please.

You knew Tila Tequila wasn’t going to let this go.  Though she was caught in lie after lie — like saying she doesn’t drink at all despite lots of photographic evidence to the contrary — she has filed a civil suit against football player Shawn Merriman stemming from the September incident in which she alleged abuse.

The bruises were no sooner washed off healed than she started Tweeting again about every single personal detail of her life.  Some of my Facebook friends have tried to turn me on to her blog — she blocked me from her Twitter account after she called me a dumb ass hoe — but I just can’t get into it.

So, it begs the question:  Why didn’t she just file a civil suit right away?  Oddly enough, she announced just today that she’s going on tour — doing what I have no fucking idea — but don’t you find the timing to be positively ironic?

Postscript:  Ah, she’s going to be performing her song “I Like to Fuck” and says in her blog “So get ready Germany & Istanbul, Turkey cuz I’m coming to your town …”  Ahem.

I don’t know how long it’s going to take the public to get this, but nothing that Tila Tequila tweets should ever be taken seriously.  I guess you cannot ignore suicide threats no matter who they come from.  Last night, Tila threatened to take her own life yet followed up today with an explanation.

I just wanted to take a moment to address all of my fans and the people I care about regarding my recent public suicidal meltdown online.  I don’t usually issue statements to address rumors, but since Suicide is a very serious subject, I felt that it is my responsibility to come clean and speak out about it, as emotional and personal as it is. I feel like it is still my duty to take responsibility for my own actions.  Sometimes I tend to forget that I am a public figure and with that, comes a lot of responsibility and suicide is not the type of message I want to send out.  I always want to make sure that I am sending out positive messages so I felt that it’s important for me to speak up this time.  If I continue to ignore this and pretend as though it never happened, then I failed myself and my fans.  This is not one of my proudest moments to be sitting here and explaining to the world something so emotional and personal, but I need to stop being selfish.  This is not one of my proudest moments to share with the world, but maybe it can help save someone else’s life who ends up reading this.

You can read the whole explanation here, but basically Tila claims to be suffering from post-traumatic stress syndrome after last month’s brush with domestic violence.

Tila obviously needs some help and I hope she gets it.  Suicide is no laughing matter, but now she’s become the Little Ho Who Cried Wolf with all her past tweets claiming that her house was broken into, she was pregnant, she had to go to the emergency room because of hypoglycemia.  Therefore, when she’s faced with real life challenges such as physical abuse or suicidal thoughts, her credibility is shot at a time when she really needs assistance.  Incidentally, I do believe that all her prior false claims are a cry for help.

So, I’d like to put this out to Tila or anyone else reading that thinks they may be in trouble:  Talk.  Talk to a friend, family member, teacher, clergy.  Call 1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433).  Just because you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

The always controversial Bill Maher made a statement with a ridiculously unpopular sentiment about the Tila Tequila domestic violence case on his show Sunday night that’s just now being picked up by lots and lots o’ gossip sites. Why would we leave you out on the scoop?

Maher, during the “New Rules” section of his show Real Time With Bill Maher, made the following comment about Tila’s claim that Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman assaulted her.

“New rule: stop acting surprised someone choked Tila Tequila! The surprise is that someone hasn’t choked this bitch sooner.”

Um, nice. While Merriman has been cleared of all charges due to zero evidence that any altercation even happened, it’s typically quite frowned upon to say that any woman has any violence coming to her. While we all may know Tila is a lying skank, there’s no reason to fuel the ignorant fire of all those people out there who manage to justify domestic violence by saying that the abused party was asking for it, male or female. No one, ever, deserves that behavior under any circumstances. That’d be why it’s illegal.

The MySpace star tweaked out on Brown via Twitter as a result of her own personal domestic violence case not ending the way she wanted. Brown, who is no stranger to drama, couldn’t take her heat and decided to respond by putting her in her place.

“After a thorough review of the investigation into the Sept. 6, 2009 incident at the Poway home of Shawne Merriman, our office has determined there is insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that any crime was committed. The case is now closed.”

TMZ just reported that the district attorney’s office of San Diego will not be pressing charges against Shawne Merriman despite Tila Tequila’s allegations of assault.  Just as I predicted a couple of hours ago.

I find it difficult to believe that there wasn’t sufficient evidence considering Tila’s remarkably bruised arms.  I think the public should protest this obvious miscarriage of justice.

No word from Tila’s camp just yet, but she spent her day on Twitter discussing what she’s looking for in a man and asking for dates (I’m serious — A Shot at Love 3).  Though if you want to see it, you better run quick and read because she has a penchant for deleting Tweets that don’t jive with her criminal allegations (she’s looking to get laid five days out from a violent attack, folks) and I don’t have the energy to pay any more attention to this liar.  I’ve reserved just enough mojo to pray that charges are filed against Tila if it’s discovered that she made a false accusation.  

As an aside, thanks to the EB reader that gave me a heads-up on the pic TT just posted on her Twitter.  You can see it here  and determine if you think her arms look bruised.  It was taken an hour ago according to Tila.  In other words, it was probably taken last year.

Tila Tequila met with the San Diego DA yesterday to discuss the chain of events that occurred between her and San Diego Charger Shawne Merriman over Labor Day weekend.  Upon leaving, Tila’s arms were in plain view and appeared to be quite bruised.  She said that she didn’t know if she’d forgive Merriman and “we’ll see” when asked about pressing charges.  Here’s the thing:  If Merriman did assault her, I don’t think Tila even gets a vote on whether or not charges will be pressed.  You can see the video here.

I suspect that this case may fade away without incident.  If a man assaulted me — I thought he choked her, but apparently he choked her biceps — and someone asked if I’d be pressing charges, my reply would be, “Oh. Hell. Yes.”  In addition, Tila has done a ton of Tweeting about what happened (while constantly praising herself for taking the high road) and finished her numerous Tweets with one that read:  ”A real man is able to apologize. I’d like to just reaffirm my stance on the topic of domestic violence as there have been some recent questions raised regarding my point of view.  Blaming a victim is never okay.  I am a firm believer in offering swift and unquestioning support to any victim who is in need.  No woman or man should ever suffer at the hands of another.  Coming forward, pressing charges is the way to break the cycle of abuse.  If you or someone you know is in trouble, please contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 800-799-SAFE (7233) or www.ndvh.org.  Translators are available.

As far as Tila is concerned, if those injuries were caused by Shawne Merriman, this case should be a slam dunk.

I know I promised I wasn’t going to talk about this trollop again, but a girl can only be so strong.  Over the past 24 hours my loving and faithful cyber-friends have flooded my inbox with every bit of incriminating evidence, unflattering pictures and negative commentary that has ever existed regarding Tila Tequila.  I. Thank. You.  Do you see how much restraint I’ve exercised in not racing here and posting every last bit of it?  I have so much willpower — I could probably go vegan.  Oh, wait — bacon.  Anyway, today, I got another email from my anonymous source who is basically my fantasy man/woman even though I have no idea who this person is.  You dedicate this much time to hating Tila?  I love you, plain and simple.  

10News’ Juliette Vara reports Tila “Tequila” Nguyen was unhappy that she was not the only woman getting attention from San Diego Chargers LB Shawne Merriman, and jealousy played a role in the altercation between the two Sunday, Sept. 6, according to sources close to the story. Sources claim that witnesses at Merriman’s home said Merriman went to his bedroom with two women. Tequila walked into the room and Merriman asked her to join them, but she reacted angrily. Tequila was intoxicated, and she got naked and attempted to leave the house, according to sources. Merriman tried stopping Tequila from leaving, and that is when she called police. Sources told Vara that Tequila faked a neck injury, and when paramedics arrived they determined that she was OK. However, Tequila insisted on going to the hospital.

This is starting to make more sense every minute.  I know Tila is meeting with the DA today, so we should be hearing shortly if this case is going forward or not.  If charges aren’t filed against Merriman, you can pretty much be rest assured that Tila will be my new Mischa.  Stay tuned …

I’m going to give Tila Tequila a bit more of what she’s asking for — attention! — and then I’m done with this lying attention hound unless some major development presents itself.  At some point (on Twitter, of course), she alluded to having “pictures”.  Of course, her intention is that the public will think she has pictures of her “injuries” until we find out that she actually has pictures of, like, her dog.

Many of you have been emailing me pictures of Tila Tequila drinking, so I think we can just assume that she’s a liar and she isn’t allergic to alcohol.  Apparently, many people of Asian descent have an alcohol flush response.  That doesn’t indicate an allergy!  If you’d like to see Tila admit that she drinks, click here.  In regards to the night of the alleged abuse, the owner of the bar that served Tila is speaking out:

“Also Monday, the owner of a downtown club where Merriman and Tequila attended a party Saturday night said his staff told him Tequila had been drinking and it appeared Merriman had ordered only bottled water.

“I feel sorry for the guy and I think the truth needs to be told,” said James Brennan, who owns Stingaree, one of the city’s top hangouts for celebrities.

Brennan said he normally wouldn’t comment, but felt he should after seeing Tequila’s tweet in which she said she’s allergic to alcohol.

“It sounds like she’s allergic to the truth,” Brennan told The Associated Press.

Brennan said he was not at the club Saturday night, but had spoken with every employee who dealt with Tequila and Merriman. Brennan said he was told she had shots of tequila and drank from a bottle of vodka. Brennan said Tequila requested that his brother, Shane, a manager at Stingaree, have a shot of tequila with her.

“She wasn’t like falling down or anything of that nature, but she was visibly intoxicated,” Brennan said.”

The other reason I wanted to revisit this story was to address some Tweets that Tila put up overnight and then promptly deleted.  She refers to steroid use and it’s connection to aggression.  In all fairness, Shawne Merriman, Tila’s San Diego Chargers (ex-?) boyfriend, did run into a problem with steroids back in the 2006 season.  I’d like to thank our reader (who wishes to remain anonymous) for the screen grab of this feed as well as some of the other pics of Tila bravely confronting her allergy.  He may be the only person who detests TT more than I do.

As it turns out, there is a website called Who Celebs Tweet that will show Twitter feeds between any two people.  I’d like to show you the feed of Tweets that have occurred between Tila Tequila and Shawne Merriman — specifically, the fifth entry down where Miss Tila “I’m allergic to alcohol” Tequila tells her boyfriend she’s drunk.  As I mentioned earlier today, Shawne Merriman denies abusing TT, and the famewhore replied back, denying that she drinks.

Fuck you, Tila Tequila.  Fuck. You.  You’re a liar and you are a shame to the female gender.  Levying a false accusation like that, beyond causing potential ruin to another person, makes others less likely to come forward for fear of not being believed.
