Taylor Momsen and her band, Pretty Reckless, performed in Tuesday at a club in NYC. It’s the first we’ve seen of this band of Taylor’s, which is supposedly touring with The Veronicas this summer.
I have to admit, as much as I love Taylor, this does nothing for me. Especially compared to my beloved Taylor Swift.
So who’s the better Gossip Girl singer? Taylor, or Leighton Meester, whose single leaked earlier this week?

When I was younger I always wondered why TV Execs insisted upon hiring 24 yr olds, tarting them up, and then trying to fool me into believing that they were my age. Now I understand. It’s way less despicable to turn a 24 year old into a vaguely inappropiately dressed teenage character than it is to take an actual teenager and turn her into…this.
And to think that this is the same girl that played Cindy Lou Who in How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Tsk.Tsk.

This is a phenomenal video of Taylor Momsen getting all kung-fu to avoid a crazy swarm of paparazzi. I think part of it’s a stunt double, but, still. Very amusing. Love her.
E! News confirms that Taylor Momsen is battling a throat infection and has been hospitalized in Los Angeles since Sunday.
“With these kinds of infections the throat can swell and it can close up the throat to dangerous levels,” Dr. Shawn Nasseri of Beverly Hills said. “But she is doing beautifully. She has pretty much made a full recovery.”
The 15-year-old actress—”an excellent patient,” Nasseri called her—has been responding positively to antiobiotics and other medicines and should be feeling like her old young self again in three to five days.

“Ooh, baby. Taylor Momsen’s throat is tight today. Someone ought to take advantage of that.”
