Someone posted bail for her ass.

Mischa was released from the West Hollywood Sheriff’s station at 10:10 AM today, and was seen leaving in the back of her parents’ Mercedes.

According to a press release issued by the L.A. County Sheriffs Department, the former “O.C.” star was pulled over early this morning around 2:45 AM as she was driving in West Hollywood, Calif. Cops say she “was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn.” When deputies pulled her over, they determined that she “was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.”

We just told you that Mischa Barton was arrested early this morning on DUI and driving without a valid license — but it turns out she was also in possession of illegal narcotics.

Who’s surprised?

I smell a rehab visit.

Also, as far as I know, she’s still being held on $10,000 bail. Will no one come and bail her out? I almost feel a little bad for her. I mean, you better believe there’ll be cameras there when she gets out. Talk about the ultimate walk of shame!

The girls over at Hollyscoop are reporting that Mischa Barton was arrested today at 3 am for DUI. She was arrested on the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles late last night in her white Range Rover for Driving Under the Influence and driving without a license and crimes against fashion.

Not sure if it’s true or not, but I’ll definitely keep you guys posted. It would be such a joy to add another mug shot to my collection.

Update: This is confirmed!!!! Mischa is still in custody, being held on $10,000 bail. Ha ha ha ha ha!!! A late-coming Christmas gift!!!

Mischa Barton’s still shilling for Keds, but I guess I should stop giving her shit about it. I mean, her film career may have culminated in an unwatchable flick about teenage lesbians, but homegirl landed herself on the list of the 20 Richest Stars Under 25, and I think this little Keds gig has a lot to do with it.

No, it’s not Lindsay — she’s still sober, as best I can tell — it’s Mischa Barton’s kid sister, Hania, who went to rehab in February of this year.

MISCHA Barton’s younger sister, Hania, showed up at a Hollywood fashion show so wasted last weekend, designer Daniel Darhan told her she couldn’t walk the runway. Web site celebritybabylon.com also reports she was so “out of it” at the Troy Kingdom fashion show at club Area, she could “barely stand up. Her legs were like jelly. She was literally chewing on her lower lip.” When someone tried to snap a shot of her, Hania – who already has one trip to rehab under her belt – said, “No pictures, this [bleep] always ends up in the tabloids.” Her rep did not return calls.

Looks like Hania may have one or two more trips to Promises in her future. I’d do drugs, too, if my sister were Mischa Barton and I looked like this.
