Okay, okay, this is really old, but it just came across my inbox and I had to share it. I’d never seen it before.

Yes, it’s every bit as painful as it sounds. And you wonder how much they got paid to do this.

But is it more painful than buckling down and finishing those expense reports you’re supposed to be working on?

Okay, it’s still not weirder than Lance Armstrong and Ashley Olsen, but still .. weird.

ODD couple of the week: Mandy Moore, 27, and Matthew Perry, 38. Page Six spies were astounded last week when they saw the two on a date at Amici Trattoria in Beverly Hills. One source said, “He was already seated and waited for her for 15 minutes until she arrived. He stood up to greet her and gave her a kiss on the cheek. They were holding hands across the table and being really close and laughing a lot the whole time.” Reps for Moore and Perry didn’t return our calls or e-mails.

Apparently we have a lot of Mandy Moore fans around here, so hopefully you all dig this story.

Also, Page Six is wrong here. Mandy’s 23, not 27.

I don’t even know what to make of this. My head’s kind of exploding right now.

I don’t even know which joke to make first. It’s overwhelming!!! I want to write an entire short story about this night!! Or film a season of The Surreal Life!

Were they holding an AA meeting afterwards? Are you even allowed to attend AA meetings if your last name’s Tequila? Honestly, the only thing this all-star team was missing was its group counselor.

Or did attendance count as some manner of community service?

I just don’t understand!

A couple other points:

1) Paris Hilton needs to never wear a jumpsuit like that again. In fact, the whole world needs to never wear a jumpsuit like that again. We need to start flying planes over third-world countries and dropping pamphlets with a variety of pictographic instructions informing them that no one, anywhere, ever, is to wear a jumpsuit like that ever again.

2) Rumer Willis’s hair is back to brunette. And it’s curly now. Not, like, a luxurious curl. More of an I-didn’t-realize-I-wasn’t-supposed-to -have-the-blow-dryer-in-the-bathtub curl.
