Kevin is dragging Brit’s ass back into the courtroom, arguing that she violated the court’s drug testing order by failing to respond in a timely manner when she is called for random drug testing.

He wants her to have even less visitation rights with their two sons.

Hell hath no fury like a back-up dancer scorned.

Legal stories are so boring.

Basically, Britney has to pay for K-Fed’s lawyers because the Gods have decided that her trashy ass is rich and his comparably less trashy ass can’t get a job. The poor baby is only getting $35,000/month in spousal and child support from Brit. And who the fuck can live on that and pay legal bills?

Soooo boring. I’d be dead asleep if I hadn’t already had like 3 Red Bulls today. I have a problem with Red Bulls.

Apparently Britney started crying in the bathroom when she arrived.

This girl is always in bathrooms.

The class will last about 2 hours.

While his ex-wife was crashing at the VMAs — where they hand out awards for “quadruple threats” — K-Fed’s still trying to find an arena in which he can be a single threat. Well, I guess a double-threat, as he’s already mastered the art of sending threatening letters to Britney.

The rap thing didn’t work out so hot, so, in this interview with Extra, Kevin informs us that he’s “definitely more focused on the acting thing.”

He had no comment on Britney’s VMA appearance. He was in LA this weekend, celebrating the birthdays of Jayden James and Sean Preston. My God, in all the Britney Spears/VMA hype, we totally forgot these kids have birthdays this month! Frankly, Britney probably did, too!

At least they have their father.

Thank you, People magazine! The celeb rag, along with KNBC-TV, have filed a motion asking that the documents in the Spears/Federline divorce case be made publicly available. A court commissioner said today that he would consider the motion.

“They’re appropriate participants in here,” he said.

Kevin’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said the documents discussed in the motion contain information about the schedules of the couple’s children and other details that could put the kids in jeopardy. “It would be best for the children that they not be exposed,” he said.

Hopefully he does end up getting more custody of his kids, because they seem to be the only ones who have a use for Kevin Federline these days.

Federline was supposed to have a small role in the 2008 film The Night Watchman, starring Keanu Reeves and Hugh Laurie, but his part was cut, and he wasn’t informed by his manager, who clearly considers him a really valuable client. So he actually showed up on set, only to be embarrassingly informed that his services were no longer needed.

Didn’t something like this happen to Drama on Entourage a couple months ago?

“He only had a very small role,” says a source. “However, he was fired from the film and his manager didn’t tell him. Kevin found out when he turned up for a wardrobe call.”

Hey, at least he showed up for the call. That’s more than can be said for his ex-wife most of the time.

Remember the good old days, when the worst thing we had to say about Britney Spears was that she married Kevin Federline? Back when we thought he was the problem? Oh, how very wrong we were!

Another disastrous chapter in Britney’s life (and, by extension, all of ours) has come to a close, as her divorce from Kevin was finalized today.

It looks like Kevin’s getting $15K/month in child support as well as $20K/month in spousal support, but the spousal support will come to an end in November. The custody arrangement is currently a 50/50 split, but neither party is happy with that arrangement. Kevin, who’s not even on speaking terms with Britney right now, wants full custody, and word on the street is that he plans to go back to court as early as this week to fight for it. Last I heard, Britney’s mother and father are backing up Kevin’s fight for full custody, because they recognize what a train wreck their daughter’s become. Hey, at least they’re not enabling Britney’s insanity, a la Dina Lohan.

Everyone did. It’s impossible not to. Like your kid brother who wants to be an astronaut you’ve just got to smile and muss his hair up a bit every time you see him.

This is him at an after dinner party held by someone named Michele Merkin. Evidently she’s been the host of a show called Celebrity Drive-By which I’ve never heard of. Regardless she does have excellent hands with which to play the piano and I hope she’s taken advantage of that.
