Considering that a lot of non-famous people probably dressed up like them last night, it’s interesting to see what celebs chose to be for Halloween. I love that Gwen Stefani wasn’t afraid to don a head to toe Jessie (from Toy Story 2) costume to take her kids out trick-or-treating. Gavin gets negative points for taking himself too seriously and not wearing a costume.

Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis and his son both dressed as Eddie Munster while Christina Aguilera and son Max went out as a pair of skeletons. James Gandolfini and designer Christian Siriano both looked unintentionally creepy– one because he was wearing a Homer Simpson mask with the eyes cut out, the other because… well… you’ll see.

Model Helena Christensen is all like “why must the holy temple that is mebe placed next to this bridge troll?”  Poor Chrissie Hynde.

The Accessories Council hosted the 12th Annual ACE Awards in New York City last night.  The Accessories Council.  Their mission is “to stimulate consumer awareness and demand for fashion accessory products, and to serve as the advocate of the $30 billion accessory business in the United States.”  I clearly remember my eighth grade Lit teacher told me I’d never in my lifetime use the word “superfluous”.  Yet today, I can’t think of any other word that will do.

Just a couple weeks after he announced his split from Michelle Williams, Heath Ledger’s got a new lady: hottie model Helena Christensen.

According to Page Six:

Tuesday night, the two were at Wakiya “making out throughout the dinner,” our spy said. Acting like a good boyfriend, Ledger even “held her bag for her as she did interviews.” The two then went to the after-party for the movie “Eastern Promises” at the Soho Grand, and ended up at the Spotted Pig.

He came with her to do interviews? Looks like someone’s not trying to keep this thing a secret…
