Continuing the string of crazy incidents and mishaps that have been the hallmark of Britney Spears’  Circus tour, last night a fan at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut pulled a Lindsay Lohan and rushed the stage. He was able to get disturbingly close to Britney before a backup dancer began pushing him off stage and security rushed in.

Chances are that it was just some drunken idiot who wanted to be part of the show, but Britney was visibly shaken. She quickly recovered and went on to finish the encore performance of her song “Womanizer”.

Unlucky (or lucky, depending on how you feel about that kind of thing) audience members at Britney’s Anaheim, California concert were treated to a nice up-skirt shot of Britney’s braided cotton Tampax string, dangling from her underwear. From detached hair extensions to microphone mishaps, it seems like every stop on this tour has had its own unique mini-disaster.

Nonetheless, I find it amazing that she could sing or dance while dealing with her period. There aren’t many people–myself included– who would have the gametes to get up there and do a choreographed dance routine in a skirt that short while blood is painfully leaking from their genitalia. Perhaps the wardrobe department should have come up with a costume contingency plan for this time of the month.

One of Brit’s aerialists accidentally ripped out one of her extensions as he air-lifted her at her Oakland show on Wednesday.

It had probably already gotten loose. It blows my mind how all her extensions stay in when she’s whipping her head around everywhere each night during her show. They must have to fix those things like once a day.

E! News was able to track down the gal who (allegedly!) has been stalking Britney.  And as much as I enjoy a good dose of whackadoodle, I watch this video and totally believe this chick.  She doesn’t have the telltale “crazy eyes.”  And you’re welcome for my scientific analysis of the sitch.

So what is the lesson here?  It seems so obvious, but don’t peer into the windows of private and gated residences donning camo and toting a camera.  It could appear improper.

This video was forwarded to us by a Croatian reader. Here, a contestant named Leo Pavlacic, who is known for his interesting performances, “sings” his version of Britney’s “Womanizer” on a Croatian show that’s kind of like their version of American Idol.

In addition to the creative use of shamwow’s to make a vest/mane thingy, I love the put-my-crotch-in-the-judge’s-face move at about 0:55. (I can’t tell whether she likes it or not.)

A woman who auditioned for American Idol in 2005 and made it to the second round was arrested Friday on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct when she clad herself in cammo, sneaked onto the grounds of Britney Spears’ Calabasas, CA home, and peeked into a few windows.

After realizing, “Hey, that isn’t the window washer,” one of the private guards asked her to leave the prestigious Oaks neighborhood. When she seemed reluctant to do so, they physically escorted her off the property and called the cops.

While originally held on $5,000 bail, Tozier-Robbins, was released after agreeing to appear June 16 in a Malibu court.

The woman, 26-year-old Miranda Tozier-Robbins, sang a Spears tune when she auditioned for Idol, and has recently posted several strange  comments on Spears’  website.
