OMG the end of this year is just going to be FILLED with BRITNEY JOY!

Her new single, her new video, her new album and NOW her new documentary, tentatively titled For the Record, scheduled to debut on MTV November 30. Here’s the trailer. It feels a lot like Chaotic, except with way, way, way less weed. So, ya know, not at all like Chaotic.

My love for Britney never faltered throughout these difficult years, and it’s so nice to see that she lived to tell about it. Rock on, Britsters!

I have to admit I was a little surprised last week to see photos of Britney Spears going to see In the Heights on Broadway. I understand she’s getting her life together, but going to see a Broadway show is a little too cultured, even for Britney. I mean, let’s start with little things, like keeping the pack of cigarettes away from the children on a daily basis.

The show is a musical about a Latino neighborhood of Washington Heights in Manhattan.

And Britney is, apparently, considering making her own Broadway debut soon.

Is Britney Spears heading to Broadway? The singer stopped by to see “In the Heights” last week, and pals close to the fallen (and risen?) pop princess say she may be searching for a part to make her stage debut. If Ashlee Simpson can do it, that means anyone can, right?

Ashlee Simpson didn’t do Broadway — she appeared in Chicago in London — but still. Broadway is totally the new sex tape. All the cool kids are doing it.

And I would pay a ridiculous amount of money to see Britney play some Latina chick from the barrio. I would make a trip to NYC in the distant hope that she’d wear spit curls and say things like “Andale!” and “Oh no you di-int.”

Yeah, that’s right, on 20/20, bitches, because it’s not like there’s anything else going on in the world.

After her whirlwind visit to NYC, Britney Spears landed in LA on Thursday night, “hiding” from the cameras under a Minnie Rose shawl.

Whatever, she obviously has no intention of hiding her face.

She just doesn’t want us to make fun of her roots for once.

Britney Spears wore a rather low-cut dress to see In the Heights on Broadway in Manhattan on Tuesday night. Hey, she had to do something to distract from those god-awful shoes, right?

Here’s Britney looking put-together, healthy and sane in New York tonight. She went out to dinner at Serendipity 3 on the Upper East Side.

Oh and all her fake nails are properly secured to her fingers. I checked. I can’t remember the last time that happened.

Britney Spears told Z100 in New York today that she plans to tour in 2009!

“Oh, definitely next year,” she said when asked about touring possibilities. “Probably around the world.”

I have been meaning to get some international travel in. I am totally going to be a worldwide Britney Spears groupie in 2009. Seriously I am going to hand over Evil Beet to Leo and launch a blog dedicated to my travels of following Britney from country to country. I’ll be like those people who backpack through Europe and stay in hostels except for I will spend way less time in art museums and coffee shops and way more time at BRITNEY SPEARS CONCERTS!!!

Adnan Ghalib is back to talking about the sex tape he claims he has of Britney Spears.

He told Heat magazine: “There is such a tape, but I won’t discuss prices for hypothetical enquiries. Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further.”

An unconfirmed source claims the two-hour X-rated footage features Britney naked wearing just a pink wig and was allegedly shot in Mexico.

Adnan added: “I am not interested in selling out any other details about Britney.”

Dude, as much as I want this tape to exist, it totally doesn’t exist. It would have been sold a long time ago if it did.
