Two questions:

1) WTF was Blake Lewis doing at the Grammys?
2) What happened to his face?

I don’t know what happened to the former hottie, but he looks just awful here. I don’t know if he’s been overdoing it on the beer or the Cheetos or what, but this is not a good look for him at all.

Also there, and looking very handsome by comparison, was Justin Guarini. I also don’t know what he was doing at the Grammys, but at least he doesn’t look like he ate Randy Jackson beforehand.

Look guys, it’s Chris Richardson and Blake Lewis at some random party in LA.

Remember when they were like the hottest things in the world?

The top part of Chris’s ensemble makes me want to die. It’s like they put a lumberjack in a monkey suit. Not working, people.

You know what?

I like the song, and I like the video. I have the entire album now, too, and it’s actually not half bad. It’s not stellar, but it’s not bad.

We haven’t seen much of Blake Lewis since AmIdol wrapped this past season, but here he is at the Rock the Vote event in LA, chatting it up with none other than Samantha Ronson.

I guess it’s American Idol day. Or, you know, I guess it’s a really slow news day.

On the heels of the release of the first Jordin Sparks single, “Tattoo,” comes the news that runner-up Blake Lewis has signed a recording deal with 19 Recordings/Arista Records. His album’s due in late 2007.

“Blake has a strong music sensibility and knows who he is and what his music should represent,” says Clive Davis, who basically seems to be in the business of supporting every AmIdol contestant whose name isn’t Kelly Clarkson. “His collaborators are all knocked out by him.”

“I picked Jordin Sparks at the top 24 as the ‘American Idol’ winner. I was actually going to try to wear a ‘Vote for Jordin Sparks’ T-shirt last night but they wouldn’t let me do it.”

Some really interesting pictures coming out of the WhiteTrash Charms Playboy Jewelry Launch Party at Hyde last night. Kelly Osborne hosted the event, and basically looked like a drag queen doing her very best Kelly Osbourne. Those extensions look ridiculous on her. Also, she was making out with Kim Stewart on the dance floor.

Hef and Holly were there, and Hef couldn’t keep his hands off Holly’s belly. He never touches her like that. She also looks like she’s put on a couple pounds — could Holly finally be pregnant with Hef’s fat paycheck little baby?

Also, for some strange reason, Blake Lewis was there. And it doesn’t look like he changed after AmIdol wrapped their taping. Isn’t this the outfit he was wearing on the show last night?

Oh, and Melissa Rivers was there, looking man-ish as ever, as well as newly minuted PMOY Sara Jean Underwood, looking adorable for someone who, as our commentors noticed, doesn’t have a vagina.
