I still have my doubts about this recording, frankly, because the person speaking does sound a lot like Britney, but she speaks more intelligently and articulately than I’ve ever heard Britney sound in an interview. Not that that’s saying much, but still.

Anyway, the dude who runs BreatheHeavy.com, a Britney fan site with traditionally strong ties to Brit’s camp, says it’s his recording and it’s real. He’s also been battling Jamie Spears, who wants to shut down his site, for awhile now. Why is Jamie Spears targeting this dude? His site gets less traffic than a lot of the bloggers out there who are talking shit about Britney. He doesn’t use Brit’s name in his URL, and he’s vocal about the fact that it’s an unofficial fan site. He must have touched a nerve. It’s funny — he’s started to refer to her as “Brittany” to avoid legal complications. Way to go, dude. Fight that shit.

Also, you’ll recall that the recording was run on JFX Online, which is the pap agency that used to employ Adnan Ghalib. Which is inneresting, to say the least.

Is there way more drama in the Spears camp than meets the eye right now? GOD I HOPE NOT. I have tickets to see that bitch on April 9. She sure as hell better not have a breakdown before then.

Britney Spears’ ex-pap, Adnan Ghalib could be gifted with a one-way ticket to Afghanistan if he’s found guilty of the assault charges that he’s currently facing.

Pap Smear should have thought of that before trying to run over a process server with his car.  He now faces seven years in jail or, preferably, deportation to his homeland.

Now, according to a source from the LA police, there is some confusion regarding where Ghalib is actually from.  I’m thinking hell.

Paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, also known as creepy mind control dude currently up for a permanent restraining order against Britney Spears, has legal woes.

L.A. prosecutors have officially charged Ghalib with three felonies:  assault with a deadly weapon, battery and hit-and-run.  The charges stem from a January 30th incident in which he allegedly hit a process server with his car.  The server was attempting to deliver papers notifying him of the permanent restraining order request that had been filed against him by Brit’s team of lawyers.

The process server apparently clung to the hood of Adnan’s car to avoid being run over and ended up with a broken wrist.

Ghalib has not yet been arrested.  He also was a no-show for Monday’s restraining order hearing.

“Britney has a beautiful soul. We share something really special. The truth about us will come out eventually, but it’s not for me to talk about. I love her…I still love Britney.  I’m her boyfriend.”

Adnan Ghalib, in a Heat magazine interview, in which he insists that he and Britney are still in a relationship despite the restraining order she has filed against him.

New legal documents that were just released, tell the rest of what went down.  Sam and Adnan hired a lawyer to contact Britney directly to offer to help her get her kids back.  Oh, in exchange for being the conservators of her estate:

You may not be aware of the fact that your civil rights were violated.

I have developed a legal strategy for you that I am confident will turn everything around, and ultimately garner you full custody of your children within approximately 30 to 60 days.

They will not be happy until they have denied you your freedom and milked you for your last dime. The custody case, as you know, is nothing more than a flat out extortion scheme, with your children being used as pawns.

Please recognize that aside from some anxiety and depression, which are totally normal under these circumstances, there is nothing wrong with you, but that the court system routinely engages in character assassination to conceal its internal bias and to break you down.

What they ultimately want is to get you into a conservatorship; at that point, your freedom will be denied, giving them the full opportunity to steal all of your money and to deny you any access to your children.

A hearing regarding the orders is scheduled for February 23rd.  Ghalib was served and Lufti, in hiding, has not been served yet.

Like an STD, it’s amazing how long a mistake can haunt you.

Adnan Ghalib is back to talking about the sex tape he claims he has of Britney Spears.

He told Heat magazine: “There is such a tape, but I won’t discuss prices for hypothetical enquiries. Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further.”

An unconfirmed source claims the two-hour X-rated footage features Britney naked wearing just a pink wig and was allegedly shot in Mexico.

Adnan added: “I am not interested in selling out any other details about Britney.”

Dude, as much as I want this tape to exist, it totally doesn’t exist. It would have been sold a long time ago if it did.

TMZ is reporting that Britney’s former flame Adnan Ghalib has been spotted inside Brit’s gated community, although Britney’s father is (thank goodness!) trying to put a stop to any hint of a relationship between the two.

The only agency reporting this “attack” is the JFX photo agency. Here’s what they have to say:

Adnan was attacked and stabbed last night but he is doing OK after receiving medical attention for his wounds. He received a stab wound to his arm, facial lacerations as well as a nice shiner. I’m not sure what to make of this considering that he’s received more and more death threats in recent weeks. Is it coincidence? I don’t know. But in the ever growing Adnan hating world that some blogs live in, the repeated venom spewed at him could have finally boiled over to the real world. We all know there are some crazies out there, I mean, I screen out at least a dozen death threats on our comments every week. Yes we’re tight with Adnan and all but still, this attack pushed this situation into a whole ‘nother level that I’m having trouble accepting. Hopefully the attackers will be found and brought to justice.

Now, you’d think if this was true, Adnan would have given the story to his photo agency, Finalpixx. But maybe he thought that would be too obvious, so he gave it to a pal over at JFX? I mean, it’s weird that Adnan would be receiving “more and more death threats in recent weeks.” He’s been totally off our radar in recent weeks. And if this actually happened, and he’d gone to the police or the hospital as most people would do after being stabbed, it would be all over the news wires. Which it’s not.

Whatever the truth is, one thing’s for sure: there is a way fucked-up story behind this story, one way or another.

Britney Spears’ one-time paramour, most-time pap Adnan Ghalib was turned away from her gated community yesterday.

Adnan showed up to the gate, supposedly to see someone else in the community, but the security guard said no way.

He had to listen to the jeers from his fellow photogs as he drove away.

Tee hee.

I’m currently in love with Britney Spears’ father. He’s the guy doing all these magical and wonderful things.

The cops questioned Britney paramour Adnan Ghalib today about an alleged assault against another photog, while he was out shopping with friends.

The cops eventually decided not to press charges or arrest Adnan.

Dammit!

After being released from the hospital — against the wishes of her family and her psychiatrist — Britney Spears was spotted, once again, with photog Adnan Ghalib in Santa Monica on Wednesday.

It’s sad because she’s going to die soon.
