Chris Brown is a Big Movie Star
September 15th, 2009 by WendieIt’s not coming out until February, but here’s the trailer for Takers. On the surface it just seems like another testosterone-fueled blockbuster, but it’s really so much more: one of the stars is Chris Brown.
America has a short memory and this flick isn’t releasing until next year. I predict that, good plot or bad, this movie will make hundreds of millions of dollars and Chris Brown will be back on top.

Anyway… its a bit like Ocean’s 11 but without the charm. I see a lot of familiar faces on the screen. As much as I can’t stand Chris Brown, I’d hate for a lot of other people to be unsuccessful because he’s attached to the project.
Ever since Rocknrolla I am down for anything involving Idris Elba with his British accent. RAD.
(Before that I had only seen him on The Office- nice, but not “British accent” nice…)
Idris Elba had a great role in “The Wire”.

uhhhhh did no one see T.I. “acting” in this trailer. Even kids in bumblefuck alabama arent going to like this. Two musicians in a movie???Why dont we just shaq and michael jordan in a action film or at least space jamz 2?
I would actually like to watch this movie. It’s got a good cast, but why they had to include Brown in it is beyond me.
That’s exactly how I feel. I would want to see it, but why, oh why, did Chris Brown have to be in it? It totally turns me off, and I love Paul Walker, so this is a disapointment.
I’d see it; but Chris Brown? XD. They’re crazy. They should publicize his name in the credits like people are gonna watch this movie BECAUSE of him; I’d think they’d not watch it ’cause of that O-o.
