it’s actually perfectly legal to not wear a helmet if you’re over 18. and the kids all have them on, so i’d say they’re just fine.

Most adults here do wear them for safety reasons, but it’s they are not flattering if you are trying to be pap ready. It’s so dangerous to not wear one though in LA traffic. At least they seem to spend hands on time doing fun things with their children.
A helmet would mess up Tori’s hair.

That older child must be from his marriage to the woman he left for Tori. What makes him creepy is that he had adopted an infant right before the break up and in court papers said that he didn’t want to be the babies father or pay any support for her, since she wasn’t his child.
For that I will always think he’s a horrible person. They are both selfish but I think the new Mr. Spelling was in this for all that money he thought she would inherit and now his career is being kept alive by her hard work and determination to make money. He’s a floater in the toilet of life.

Wow and I thought he was a toolbox from the, like two, episodes I could sit through of their show but this just completely sets it in stone for me.
I totally thought it was “them”, until I remembered that “they” are not allowed here anymore (thank god)
You’d have to have a normal functioning brain whose main concern wasn’t endoring material goods for money, to be mindful enough to protect it and the other’s you are ferrying about. I like the kiddy seats, but they offer no protection should the bike fail to hold them upright or they get hit, and they don’t look wiggle out proof for a normal kid. Off the public streets you morons and head for the park and any well designed riding trail!
To me, Dean is not creepy and who cares if he wants his wife’s hotbox all the time. That is how men are when they find their wives sexy. It’s called a normal relationship and of your man is not like that, then there is something worng in the relationship. Granted they cheated on their spouses but I still think they are a genuine couple and seem really into each other. They have cutest kids and seem happy. People are more angry at Tori for stealing a married man, yet they forgive Julia Roberts, Angelina Jolie, and numerous other big celebrities. Makes no sense to me.
Julia Roberts and Angelina Jolie didn’t cheat with men who had children with their wives. That’s the difference. Tori’s perceived as being someone who broke up a family as opposed to ‘just’ a marriage.

Not illegal for adults over 18 to ride without a helmet. Law applies to minors under 18–and applies to scooters, skateboards, rollerskates/blades–basically, anything with wheels.
