She’s always wore heavy make up, it just didn’t always look so obvious due to her dark hair. And of course she’s gonna wear make up, she has her own line. I think she looks good blond or brunette, she’s like any other girl who gets bored with their look. And, yes, it is quite a bit of stomach for Teen Choice Awards of all things, but her ass and cleavage aren’t hanging out…
