I have a friend who worked at one of MJ’s lawyers offices they are world renowned, there were over 20 private settlements, most of them around 10 million dollars, this person quit because the details and the fact he was a prolific pedophile that bought sex privately and made it them so sick they quit rather than be a party to what was happening. I’ve known this person for years, there would be no reason even bring him up but I knew about this years and years ago.

Joe hated MJ for cutting him off as soon as he was an adult, going solo and getting other management, he felt MJ stole from him by not continuing to give him his cut. This is one twisted family, and the fact he wants to turn children he has almost no contact with into money makers for his personal greed is sickening, the littlest boy is 7 and Joe wants to put him to work. That man has no heart, their “parent” hasn’t even been dead a week. I may hate what MJ was but the kids don’t need to be money makers for a man they were never allowed to be around, very sick and one more reason why Katherine shouldn’t have custody, her religious beliefs are that you are a servant of your husband and obey him, the kids are screwed if they are allowed to live with her.

Joe is right that Michael died at the hands of foul play, but the hands that did Michael in weren’t any that were around on June 25th. They were Joe’s hands smacking Michael around from the moment this twisted bastard decided he would get a hard-on over it. Joe Jackson is an F-ing pig!

I don’t know what people like you want. They had warrants for all his properties in California, they confiscated all his papers and objects from his house. The case was seen by 2 GRAND JURIES, 200 witnesses were interviewed, 30 of whom were children that he had spent time with. And there was not ONE corroborating story. NOT ONE. Pedophiles have an average of 250 victims in their lifetimes and don’t just suddenly become one. What more proof do you need? It was all about MONEY.

MJ had faults. He was too nåive and trusting and refused to acknowledge that being nice to people did not mean that they would take advantage of you.

How about if you actually research the trials themselves before you start talking out of your ass?

People settle out of court for a variety of reasons. Public figures and entities do it often as a form of damage control to preserve a public image. Just because Jackson settled out of court doesn’t mean he was necessarily hiding anything, it just means that he wanted to neuter the situation before it became even bigger and damaged his public image and career even more. If he let the case continue in court it could still be going on today thanks to appeals, even if he were found innocent. So hold your judgement, it just makes you look even more ignorant.

And besides, the civil suit was made my Jackson’s insurance company and was NOT within Jackson’s control.

There is a phone conversation between the father of the son who was supposedly molested by Jackson. He said “This man is going to be humiliated beyond belief, he’s not going to believe what’s happening to him, beyond his worst nightmares. If I go through with this, I win big time…I will get everything I want.”

Does that sound like the words of a man who wants justice for his son? A man who is so distraught over what happened to his child that he wants justice? No. He sounds like a man who just wants money. Keep in mind that this boy blatantly refused to testify during all of this. And when the second trial happened in 2005, he fled the country so that he couldn’t be extradited to testify, not because he a scared but because he knew his ass would be handed to him because of perjury, he was NOT a minor anymore.
