Great. So, How Do I Take Back The Mischa Barton Post?

Surely, you remember when I was so convinced that Chris Brown was going to get a plea bargain out of this whole Rihanna assault case? I was confident enough that I said I’d write a 200-word essay on positive things about Mischa Barton if it didn’t happen. Well, the deal never materialized and I wrote the gut-wrenching piece. Now, just today, Chris Brown pled the case out. So, I was right all along that Brown would never pay any real consequences for bashing his girlfriend in the face. Brown will be on five years of probation and 180 days in a labor diversion program.
What do I get? I can’t take back the Mischa piece. Shouldn’t there be some sort of compensation for all the unnecessary pain and suffering I went through? Perhaps an Everything Bradley Cooper photo gallery. Hmmm…I deserve something.

Rihanna was hitting him in the car first. She should also be charged.

However assault is assault. If women want to be treated as equal when they resort to physical violence they also should be charged.
I agree with you on that, Donkey Punch. But I don’t remember ever hearing about her hitting him first. If she did, I agree that she should also be charged.

I think violence is wrong, but in some cases, you need self defense.
Like when someone is beating the living crap out of you.

Wendie, I totally agree with Erin. I want you to write 200 things that is so wrong with Mischa. I will never give up this discussion until you do it. Trust me, I don’t think it will take much research.

Well that does suck for you, Wendie, I think the real issue her is the fact that Chris Brown is getting 5 years probation and a 180 day program.
WHERE IS THE JAIL???
A while back I heard he could face up to 9 years in jail, and I was appalled at that, saying it’s not enough.
But for him to not even spend 9 hours in a jail cell is terrible.
People who do worse crimes face jail time and yet this jerk runs free (except with probation)?
I think this is terrible.
They say sometimes celebrities get off easy, and this is the worse case I’ve heard of.
He needs to be locked up!
