Dick Cheney Says YES to Gay Marriage

At a press conference today, when asked about his feelings on same-sex marriage:
“I think that freedom means freedom for everyone … I think people ought to be free to enter into any kind of union they wish. Any kind of arrangement they wish.”
WOW. George W. Bush’s VP just went on the record supporting gay marriage. Isn’t it about time our current Democratic President did the same?

I don’t think this was always his stance. I think this is fairly recent. While he was in power I seem to recall him following the Conservative party line of hate.

It’s easy to come out with an opinion on controversial issues when you’re no longer trying to shore up support in a political campaign.
Cheney has probably always supported equal rights in marriage (gay daughter) but couldn’t say so when trying to woo the Christian crazies that make up so much of the voting demographic. I’m sure Obama in his own heart also supports equal rights but doesn’t want to lose the nutter vote either.

Dick Cheney Is a chicken-shit, office tough guy and desk jocky bully, who pissed away the lives of over forty-three hundred brave, young Americans (not to mention the ones who got their arms and legs blown off) in a vain attempt to purchase his manhood with their blood. He is a borderline psychotic who imagines himself to be somekind of heroic figure keeping this country safe as he stands atop imaginary ramparts with his imaginary M-16 ( what he would have used in the 60’s, if he had the balls to join the militay back then)in hand as he guards the country 24/7. Every word that dribbles out of his mouth is a lie.
He falsely claims to have keep this country safe for the seven years following 9/11, but, the truth is that he is to a large extent responsible for the deaths of the almost three thousand people who died on that date. He was too busy having secret meetings with his cronies in the oil industry to read his national security briefings, until it was too late.
Don’t forget caused the deaths directly (and indirectly) of a million Iraqi civilians.
Cheney’s daughter, and war crimes apologist, is a lesbian and the family has never tried to hide the fact and it never hurt Machiavelli one bit in his political career.
