I definitely don’t think he’s a monster. I think he’s a baby with anger issues. I think that he got away with smacking his girlfriend around for a long time and so he figured he’d never have to worry about it. I also think that this could be his ‘catalyst for change’, if you will. He is just a child. This could turn it all around for him.

Even aside from any personal bullshit, I’m a fan of his music. That has nothing to do with his personal life. I’ll still *ahem* buy his new album and any in the future. He’s a talented guy. Being arrogant (if that’s the word you choose) has nothing to do with that.

Look at how many people still like Kanye West, Tom Cruise, Sean Penn, Mel Gibson and many others despite their somewhat questionable personal decisions. That’s still marginally separate from anything they do career-wise.

He still has plenty ahead of him.

I see why you guys have animosity against this child still… (Yes, I called him a child because he is still very immature) but I disagree with your assumption that his career is over. His fans still love him… I doubt many of you who commented was ever a fan of his to begin with so you claiming his career is over doesnt really hold merit. <— This doesn’t necessarily mean that I am a fan of his but I doubt everyone will turn their backs on him like you assume they will.

I will continue to argue that their is a double standard in our society when it comes to domestic issues like what he and Rhianna went through.
