   I like how she’s so completely confident in herself and thinks so highly of herself that she doesn’t feel the need to smile. As if it’s “I know I look good and I’m filthy rich, exerting energy to move my facial muscles for you is something you most certainly don’t deserve.”

   I think I worded that funny but you catch my drift.
