I lost a very, very dear friend last year to cancer. She was diagnosed with breast cancer 3 years earlier and all seemed well. She went in for a normal checkup,found it had spread and in 3 months she was gone. Like Farrah, she was in incredible pain during that time and the only thing they could do was keep her as comfortable as possible. She was a beautiful,lovely 39 year old woman and I think of her daily. Prayers and thoughts to Farrah and her loved ones.

Very sad. His quote on cancer was so accurate.
All the hope and the hype and the money in the world don’t stop this merciless diease – witness Patrick S and now Farrah, among others who thought they could beat it and went through such misery regardless.

The original TV poster gal has always been a trippy and colorful lady who’s managed to always grab everybody’s attention just when you thought she was out of the limelight forever. My sympathies go out to her and her family. I hope for the best.

This whole thing is way too sad. For the sake of their kids, I hope he keeps it together when she dies.
