I could only do 10 minutes of Parks and Rec and had to turn it off. It was so bad that I could not even make it thru half of the first show. I figured it was a new style of humor that just did not click with me.

I don’t think Parks & Recreation is all that terrible. I kinda like it. But it’s nothing compared to 30 Rock because…well, nothing is.

I thought the pilot was pretty boring, but I watched the next two episodes on hulu, and they were a lot better.

oh and 30 rock is amazing. I finally started watching it this season and got addicted.

When I was reading your comment at first I just saw “but it’s almost as bad as 30 Rock” AND I JUST ABOUT LOST IT. But then I kept reading. Yes! Parks & Rec is terrible! It was supposed to be The Office Spinoff but that still doesn’t explain why they made Amy EXACTLY like Michael Scott. I watched 2 episodes with high hopes… and I won’t watch it again until I know there is a major writer/director change.
At least 30 Rock never disappoints.
