It’s a Dutch concept and the dutch version has been on television already, it’s good and fun to watch.
And as far as I know it isn’t fake.

it reminds of 24… I kinda get the feeling that this is all fake, as in The Hills. Does look like a fun show though, i love it when people scream like that, it cracks me up :)
