New Kellie Pickler and Taylor Swift Video

March 27th, 2009 by Wendie

The virtually unrecognizable Kellie Pickler has a new video out for her song Best Days Of Your Life.  The video features Beet’s fave, Taylor Swift, who you just know was thinking about her lost Jonas the whole time they filmed this.

I could totally see this crossing over to Top 40 music which is a good thing.  I’ve been struggling lately because I can’t stand country music, but I find myself liking it and sometimes even seeking it.  This cannot be happening.

I guess Kellie’s signature look is a skimpy dress with “come f***k me heels?”

    yucks

  2. Tigger says:

    really catchy tune…

  3. Holly says:

Her voice just annoys the hell out of me….too bad we couldn’t hear more of Taylor.

That being said..the tune is annoyingly catchy. It’s already stuck in my head.

I just think she is changing naturaly she is getting thinner and she is young maybe we are watching a late development?!

This is sheer genius. I can’t believe he gets HIT BY A BUS. Only Kellie Pickler.

  7. Alice says:

doesn’t the bus hitting the guy look exactly like the bus hit from Mean Girls…
and i could barley hear Swift’s voice :(

there’s a big difference between country and contemporary country. I like them both. but still. grr!

I dont care for country but Ill admit this is a very cool, catchy song, her voice gets to me tho…I can see why shes not so succesful

You are not suppose to hear Taylor busting out singing, she is only backup. Great video and Kellie looks AMAZING.

This is a catchy song. great that the two of them wrote it. Its about time for some others in country to take over the always arrogant Carrie in popularity and personality.

I actually like the song… and I think Taylor swift did a brilliant job in doing backup…. she did what a good back up’s supposed to do–support the main vocals, and not try to overpower/overshadow it….

  15. houla says:

oh, and i forgot to add… the bus scene— kinda brutal, but it’s still hilarious! though it does remind me of mean girls….

Kellie is adorable, I love her and that goes for the total package, her look and her singing. Taylor is okay, but she’s not the focus of this song, even though she’s co-writer she’s assuming a backup role for the performance. Taylor and Kellie are good friends and understand (unlike some of the a**holes who commented) that it’s better to build up people as opposed to tearing them down. Kellie will always have a niche and she’s not going away, if you don’t appreciate her that’s your loss! She sold one million copies of this particular record so its obvious I’m not alone.
