I Didn’t Know Freddie Prinze Jr Was Writing for the WWE, but Now I Know He’s Not

The former actor, who used to have a career that mattered, has apparently been writing storylines for the WWE recently, but word on the street is that he got fired for leaking storylines to the press.

The official reason for his release is that he couldn’t keep up with the demanding schedule, but inside sources say Vince McMahon was furious with the amount of information being leaked to the press, and he thought Freddie might be involved.

Wow, Freddie must be pretty desperate for work. His only films last year were the indie flop Jack & Jill vs. The World and the animated Delgo, which was the lowest-earning wide-release film ever. And he’s got nada on the agenda for 2009. His wife, Sarah Michelle Gellar, hasn’t been doing much better career-wise either. They can fade into obscurity together! How quaint!

Thanks Jason!

beet, sarah michelle was buffy for 7 kick-ass years and is a beautiful, talented actress who seems to be happy and secure in herself and her marriage. i cannot believe you refer to her a has been while kissing the skanky, herpes ridden ass of lindsey blohan?! are you out of your damn mind?! what’s more, sarah michelle has never been in rehab, flashed her crotch at the paps , collapsed in a drunken heap in nightclubs or given interviews while methed out of her skull. just food for thought…

calm down quickygirl! i love sarah michelle gellar, too, but she really has not been doing anything lately and that post was hella funny!
“they can fade into obscurity together. how quaint.” HAHAHA

nope. quirkygirl had it right. beet is a bit off lately, i think. i didn’t like her post about the barenaked ladies, either.. just cause you don’t pay attention to people doesn’t mean they aren’t still relevant.. disappointing day on evil beet.

Kind of have to jump on the quirkygirlkitten bandwagon. I’m sick of the Lindsay, Taylor and Paris posts. SMG was Buffy and sadly, I saw FP Jr’s sitcom a few times and I found it funny (mostly for Brian Austin Green).

        I miss Buffy so much.

BNL’s most recent non-children’s album topped out at #102 on the US charts. Sarah Michelle hasn’t been in a hit movie since 1999, and Buffy ended five years ago. I’m not saying I dislike any of these people, but they’re not exactly a presence in the Hollywood scene right now.

SMG will never fade into obscurity!! NEVER!!! Sorry, I’m a little obsessed with BtVS. sigh.. I wish it would come back.
On another note.. when did Freddie go from cute to creepy looking? yikes.

    • Lee says:

F-n A! I’m not going to try to say SMG is burning it up career-wise right now, but I agree…a little consistency please. This blog shits itself every time Lindsay Lohan stands on the sidewalk in a pair of new boots, but snarks at SMG for not doing much lately? I loved her as Buffy and I loved some of her movies…I’m grateful that even though she may not be doing much acting, she doesn’t make up for it by being a horrific public spectacle like a certain OTHER actress who isn’t doing much these days…

She’s got a tv show in the pipeline, I wouldn’t write her off just yet. Him on the other hand… He was only a pretty face and was minimal at that. He should stick to more consistent producing work rather than making epic fail acting gems. (Although She’s All That – guilty pleasure!)

  3. Mercedes says:

Wow, my crush for FPJ after seeing that movie with the 4 models, can’t remember what it’s called but the lead actress is blonde and hella hot, is officially over. He needs to do something about his hair(line).

    • cj says:

head over heels is the film you are thinking of and it was great and terrible all at the same time

    • Mercedes says:

Um, Beet, just to let you know, I didn’t put that advertisement up that made the word “movie” in my previous comment green and double underlined. Maybe it was you?

      thanks cj!

  4. Damn,Freddie Prinze Jr. is SO nineties! But I love him for that, remembering all those silly, sweet, icky teenie-movies he was in…YAY for Freddie Prinze Jr.!
