   bet it’s baby powder…there’s a secret to remove oil from unwashed hair. put baby powder in a sock and then blot on hair to absorb oils.
   however, the trick is to make sure you finger-comb and brush the powder out.
   trick usually works better on blonde because it’s less detectable than in darker hair…but DUH! only if you make an attempt to remove the powder.

   either that or it’s the lines of coke that she made a mess out of
