Let’s Talk About the Dresses: Leona Lewis

This isn’t absolutely the worst she could have done, but I don’t think it was the right dress for her. It would have been fan-freakin-tastic on a Beyonce, but Leona’s breasts are small compared to her hips, and this dress just emphasizes that asymmetry. If it had been looser around the bottom, or if she had a larger top, it would be stellar, but I don’t think it’s particularly flattering on her body.
I also don’t think it’s the right color of nail polish for the dress and makeup.

makes her look like a wide body…but wider is better….
if her hips are that wide it’s better to wear something that shows
how skinny she is with those bow hips….imho…;p

she doesn’t look happy or confident. She’s not the best looking girl in the worls but she’s a singer and not a model so we shouldn’t judge her on her tree trunk like legs – she is really tall though, she should have gone with a strapless black number and a statment diamond with her NATURAL coloured hair swept up.

How about we not argue about her hair or body type? Shes a gorgeous woman, with great curves.

I’m pretty sure this dress would NOT look good on Beyonce because is obviously makes women look well… wide for lack of a better word, and Beyonce needs to look anything but wider.

Bad bad bad bad bad. It’s a shame too, she has a natural, gorgeous body shape.
I can’t stop thinking myself from this… but the dress reminds me of my Grannys underwear or underskirt.

She looks “fat”. I mean, I know she’s not fat, but this dress makes her look very, very big. The colour is weird, the boobs are saggy and just in general it’s not working at all.

Leona Lewis rarely flashes the flesh, if ever, so I’m guessing she’s probably a little uncomfortable with the chest department being a prominent feature here.
The only woman this dress would look good on is Hale Barre. She’s dark and thin enough to carry it off. Leona has a beautiful face but she needs to stick with darker colors. Monochromatic is good because it’s slimming but beige is an absolute no-no.
I think it looks really nice on you but not you hips. Ther a bit wide.
