Y'all be crazy. It depends on the person regarding eye makeup. Some people's eyes look bigger with heavy dark liner all around the eye, but it must be applied correctly (right by the lashes) to avoid looking like a raccoon. Some people need to only line the outer 1/2 to 2/3 and use a light color in the inner corners to make the eyes pop. I recommend trying a few things and take pictures to compare.
