wow beet. I never really disagreed with you on things like this but…wow. You know ppl actually work for twc and that is their sole income? What if someone was wishing that the blogging industry be completely demolished? Yeah…exactly. YOU’D loose your job. Now I don’t want to totally rant, but you shouldn’t wish people harm. you can wish the selfish owners of twc harm…that’s ok, they’ve brought it on themselves. But the honest ppl who work under them??? That’s just crossing the line from being oppinionated to being a total bitch.

Here is what i think and i know they are much smarter than i am… Since Digital TV will be the stanard in Feb 2009. Why doesnt VH1, MtV, Comedy Channel, etc just broadcast their own. they will garther more audience by at least 10 fold hince charging more for advertising thus making a larger profit with out any add cost. plus in these times it gives the people a break where they would no long need time warners basic cable… people only pay for that upgrade for those channel anyway and if time warner doesn’t have it…. they people leave and time warner goes broke.

Not only are we losing 19 channels at midnight, but we just got a notice that our rates are going up $3. What the f*ck?? They aren’t paying Viacom all that money. Why isn’t it being passed back to the customers??? No, I’m not serious. It’s sarcasm. Basically, neither Viacom or TWC give a rats ass about us. Do you think they are listening? The only thing that will get their attention is lost revenue. I’ve never had anything but cable, so I don’t know what I will switch to. Fios is not available in my area. AT&T, Direct TV?? If they have TVLand, I’m there.

We the people need to try and put this company out of business. TV Land is one reason I keep my cable service with them. This should be a Class Action LawSuit. Like me and probably others like me have just taken on a two year contract for channels we like to watch and can’t. If I had know about this cancellation mess ahead of time, I might have not gotten into a contract. What’s next? This company is out of control.

Time Warner is the WORST. Completely. I have them right now, and am switching soon because it’s honestly impossible to put up with their shit anymore. Their format has been redesigned twice now since we’ve had it, and each time is successively worse than the first. I cannot wait to be rid of that piece of shit of a conglomerate and it’s less-than-helpful tech support. Ridiculous.

i have directv too, and id say satellite is a wee bit better then cable.
