Still Going Strong

December 12th, 2008 by Evil Beet

Heather Matarazzo and her fiancee Carolyn Murphy showed up together at the NYC screening of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

The two got engaged in July, but weren’t married before Prop 8 passed.

Hopefully they’ll have a chance to get married soon!

I’m good with their relationship. They’re both not very attractive so men aren’t too upset about this.

It may or may not be. Personally I believe there are a large percentage of people who’s sexuality is influenced by environmental factors ie negative or positive people in their lives.

Guys can be cruel to ugly girls and fat girls. Perhaps when she was in her formative years she was turned off by asshole men and turned on by a female friend.

uhm yeah DP. she was turned off by men because she is a lesbian. and turned on by a female friend because she is a lesbian.

does that mean that something could happen to you to make you “turn” gay? you specifically. I never understood this angle.

      • Jess says:

On the flipside, of the many gay men I am friends with, almost all of them were sexually abused as children, suggesting that their sexuality has been influenced by a childhood experience.

That’s not to say that there aren’t people who were genuinely BORN gay, but it does lend credence to the idea that for most people. sexuality is fluid, and that anyone can be attracted to people of the same-sex, or opposite sex.
