An Olsen Smile!

Mary-Kate Olsen manages to churn out a half-assed smile at the NYC premiere of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
I guess it’s a nice improvement from looking angry, but the Olsens are so cute when they genuinely smile. I mean, really adorable. I wish they’d do more of that and less of the smile-smirks we’re seeing here.

With all the money she has you’d think she’d be able to afford a hairbrush! I mean DAMN!
I’m beginning to wonder if the lack of smiling is due to some sort of crack-addict tooth loss. Normally, I’d think nothing of it, since it’s the new “in thing”, but let’s add up the facts: Young, too much money, frighteningly thin, lack of concern for proper clothing and grooming of hair…. It’s a possibility.
I thought messed up teeth was more a problem with meth use, esp smoking meth.

I don’t even care if they don’t smile, I just wish they’d stop wearing the eye makeup as if they were heroin addicts (which I don’t believe they actually are). It’s so unflattering.
Oh, and shampoo/conditioner would be nice, it’s true.

Have you seen her face when she smiles? It looks odd, I think she knows it better than we do to keep that mouth closed.
poor thing, it does look like shes got some heavy stuff goin on inside. she looks totally unhappy. and not so healthy. still.
I dont see why she would smile. I sure as hell wouldnt. I think it is more unnatural to be smiling fakely at crazed fans and 100s of photographers screaming your name. I think the only people who smile are the famewhores (Kim K) or the ones (Beyonce) afraid of bad publicity. It would have been better if she had just stood there looking at them naturally.
