Katie Holmes Is Broadway Gold!!!

Despite early rumors that they were having trouble selling tickets, Katie Holmes and All My Sons have turned a profit in a shockingly short amount of time.
The show’s producers officially announced today that the revival of Arthur Miller’s play has entirely made back its $3.25 million investment.
This is very very impressive, especially given the state of the economy, and what’s happening with the rest of Broadway.
“When everything is closing around her,” remarked a star in one of the many Broadway shows expected to shut its doors next month, “this is a spectacular feat—of course, it’s not just her, it’s [co-stars] John Lithgow and Dianne Wiest, but, no one will say that.”
While John and Dianne are well-respected and accomplished actors, I don’t think there’s a doubt in anyone’s mind that Katie’s the reason this show is making big bucks.

mel, that’s because the makeup artist did a poor job blending the makeup on top of the tape that holds her wig in place. her face does look creepy. oh well, good for her. her ability to draw a crowd, for whatever reason, is undeniable.
John Lithgow is the key to success.
what an insult to the phenomenally talented and funny john lithgow, and diane weist. both seasoned actors who’ve been packing broadway theaters and movie theaters for years. john lithgow is a hoot. NO WAY would I pay for a ticket just to see katie holmes. would pay – in spite of her – to see john lthgow, however!

she is a horrible actress! i cant believe she hasnt ruined it completely…john lithgow is phenomenal, i have been watching him again on 3rd rock from the sun & he is great…the finer actors are totally carrying her butt…i think its a shame that just because she is married to tom cruise she gets all the hype…her acting abilities are not sharp at all.
I adore Lithgow, and like Weist a lot. Holmes? Not so much.

Katie Holmes sold her soul so she could climb that hollywood ladder. She really does kid herself and she tries to sell her falling inlove garbage to the world. People dont buy their crap. They are so out there! Boy you would think that as you get older people Tom Cruise especially would become more humble. Seriously the Beckhams as friends! So hard up! Cant they have real long time non hollywood non scientology friends. Everything is PR PR for TomCruise.So really her performance was not credible because Tom Cruise used his connections to fill those empty seats.She never really did it on her own. Sorry Katie!
