Ah Helen, you beat me to it! I’ve no idea who the kid is either! According to the Daily Mail KM was there with her daughter Lila so I’m guessing that’s who the girl is.

Um the blonde curly hair right behind Kate Moss belongs to Lulu. as in the British 60’s pop singer now on America’s next top model.
So I have a feeling that’s who the agency mean..
