Her best frenemy may have just dumped his brother, but all seems well in the world of Nicole and Joel. They looked very much the couple as they headed out to lunch on Wednesday.
Every time I see these two standing right next to each other, I’m just like, “Wow, he must be so short in real life.” I mean, I’ve never seen Joel in person, but I’ve seen Nicole, and she’s, like, 5-foot-nothing. I mean, tiny. And Benji — whose shoes have more lift than Nicole’s here — is really not that much taller than her. Not that there’s anything wrong with that — you just picture these rocker dudes to be so big, when he’s really probably a lot shorter than I am.

She looks like she’s in shock or a trance or something and he’s guiding her to safety.
BTW, on an unrelated note, what is it with the people and “Does Anyone Watch Jon & Kate Plus Eight?” I’ve never watch the show (they don’t have it here) nor do I think I’d want to. However, those people comment on Beet’s old post so fanatically and religiously and seem to be really emotionally invested in the show… like Jonestown or something. Sheesh. (Glad they are giving Beet traffic! :-) )

I met him about a year and a half ago…right before he and Nicole announced they were having a baby (but the rumors were flying).
I am only 5′5…with heels a little bit taller. I was the same height as Joel and taller than Benji…so weird! All I could talk about was how short they were…Nicole must be TINY! I bet it was weird seeing Paris so tall with Benji who is so short…
But the guys were so cool and down to earth. Really nice dudes.

well hes practically hunched over in this pic… it doesnt look like it at first, but if u imagine him standing up properly straight, he’d clearly be a couple of inches taller. i think nicole’s shortness is rubbing off on him…
