I worked as a dog groomer for a year and a half and have encountered dogfreaks that make that little guy look normal.
And usually dogs whose tongues hang out like that have had teeth removed, making it hard for them to keep their tongues in place. So, really, all this is is an elderly dog with a bad haircut who had some bad cavities.
(It’s still funny, though.)
