And I just keep watching it and thinking to myself, like, “Damn! Who taught this girl her French? She speaks it really well.”

But as for who taught her her French… I’m assuming that French children learn to speak their native language rather well. Of course, not being a French child myself, I could be lying.

Rachel - I am a translator of French, and the girl is using very common expressions in French which in English sound a bit weird, like “going amiss” or “tremendously”.
From the way she pronounces certain sounds, I would guess she’s from France. But I could be mistaken.
