    Very unflattering dress. And that makeup is also unflattering. Miley, you have small eyes. You can not use eyeliner all the way around them.

    her teen metabolism might be slowing down now that she’s growing older. that’s about when i went over 100 pounds, at 15 ish. and the shape of that dress is DEFINITELY unflattering to the shoulders.
