McCain is very sweet to Anna, and even references an episode of her show. What breaks my heart here is the look back at Anna’s television show. My God, why didn’t someone do something back then? I guess there’s not much that could have been done, but still. The writing was on the wall. Poor Anna, and poor Daniel.
