This has to be a sick joke, right? How can this freak honestly believe it looks human, much less like a Barbie Doll? The overly tiny head on such a big masculine body does not even make sense. Either this poor deluded creature is actually deformed or it has suffers from a classic case of Body Dysmorphic Disorder.
