This video is so fucking unoriginal. I didn’t even bother watching the whole way through, I was so bored out of my damn mind. It wasn’t even like they took some classic idea, re-vamped it and made it totally awesome and new again- they were just like “OK! Listen up, we’ll put Mariah in an uncomfortable looking Vegas SHOWGIRL OUTFIT, get some completely non-descript male model/actor/singer/rapper/part-time waiter to be her love interest, and film it in black and white to be EDGY! THAT way, no one will notice that we’ve used the exact same story line for oh, I dunno, ABAHZILLION other videos! The kids will totally eat it up!!GO!” NONONONONONONO. Arghh, it bugs me so much.
The song didn’t do much for me either. It couldn’t keep me interested enough to just let the video play while I scanned the rest of the page. But maybe I’m just not in the mood for whiny pop music atm… Who knows.
Mariah’s 4th single from her flopped E=Mc2 called ‘I Stay In Love’ sounds like a left-over song from 2005 The Emancipation of Mimi album.
No way I want to buy the same genre and style Mariah producing over and over again since the 90s. On the other hand, Beyonce’s new single If I Were A Boy is simply stunning and different.
Beyonce nails it once again and great video too.

I begin to understand why her album barely sold 2 million copies ..worldwide. Quite bland and yet insipid/ uncomfortable in this video. Will be Mariah Carey’s 4th flopped this year including Bye Bye, I’ll Be Loving U For Long Time and Just Stand Up.
Why Mariah has to pretend to be desirable and sexy for every videos? She is looking rather aging these days.

The songs sucks, the vid sucks more- reusing footage in the beginning and the middle, yuk.

That video SUCKED. The song was okay in all aspects except for Mariah’s voice… But, the dude was totally hot and I wished they woulda shown more of them together… instead of the car scene TWICE. Lame.
That video was so stupid, it didn’t even go with the song. They would have been better off putting her naked in a bed rolling around and singing…oh wait, they’ve done that too. Perhaps Mariah should just stay away from video and keep singing.
I do like the song, but I have to say this…If I hear her sing “wit chew” instead of “with you” in one more song I’m gonna go find her, hog tie her, and take her to my high school choir director…Mrs. Shae will stop that shit in a heartbeat.

Why do we bother about Mariah Carey? Her album isnt charting anywhere after 6 months. This is her last attempt to save EMC2 which barely sold 1 million copies worldwide after 3 flopped singles in a row this year.

u kno what… that video really makes since. all yall critics out there aint paying attention to the lyrics in the song. the whole idea is that “SHES STILL IN LOVE” thats why they had her & the video like that because she cant do anything because once again… (”SHES STILL IN LOVE”)
Yo u can’t even lie Mariah is the BEST! The video sucked and her weigt is up and down but I would much rather listen to her than another played out beyonce song!
