I do think it matches, the shirt and the shoes are green, and the skirt is brown. And brown and green look well together.

I agree with ricardo, after going back and really looking at all the pictures, the whole outfit at first seems not to match but really is so cleverly put together with subtle ties it is amazing. She looks really good and absolutely beautiful :)
Am I the only one that would rather get hit by a truck than be out in public in that? I think it looks AWFUL! I’m about to have a seizure just looking at it!
