you’re an idiot. he wasn’t in some incident fender bender. HE WAS ILLEGALLY RACING AND CRASHED. That is why people are blaming him.

and he had alcohol in his system, which is illegal when you are 17.

and I thought the Moesha thing wasn’t her fault at all? and, regardless, she wasn’t street racing when she crashed.

I do agree that both Nick and John were at fault. I see your reasoning behind that. But Nick was the one at the wheel, making him more liable. And John is the one who suffered greatly. But I do understand that he, also, made a poor decision… so I definitely understand part of what you’re getting at

Every time I think of John Graziano’s missing skull, I hate all of the Hogan’s. That man monster Brooke needs to zip it, and fade quietly into oblivion. Her brother should be doing a manslaughter sentence, he killed John. I hope when John passes away Nick is charged. This wasn’t a car accident, it was reckless, aggravated murder. I have a feeling life will punish the Hogan’s more than any court could. Trash.
