Lindsay SUED for Taking Prisoners Last Summer!

Hey, remember last summer when La Lohan commandeered an SUV with three dudes inside it and drove it down PCH at 100 MPH and eventually wound up getting arrested and blaming the whole thing on “the black kid”?
Well, those guys are suing Lindsay for negligence, assault, battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, trespass and slander and they’re asking the court to award them damages in excess of $25K.
Hooray for a celebrity lawsuit a little more interesting that Britney Spears’ drivers license fiasco, which today was dismissed after it ended in mistrial.

Actually they’ve been working on this lawsuit for a while. Meantime, I don’t really care their motives; she was driving drunk and coked up and I’m glad they are going to make her sweat it.
And to those who say poor little Linds couldn’t have scared those big old boys - I have to tell you, I have been in a car when someone who should not have been driving took the wheel and we were on the highway before I realized it. It is no joke to be riding in a car with someone who is out of control and it’s not that easy to figure out how to get them to stop/slow down/let you out/what have you without exacerbating the danger. It’s terrifying at best.
