Dakota Fanning: Total Diva Bitch???

Oooh, this is quite the treat!!!
After nearly seven years of hearing about what a fucking delight Dakota Fanning is on the set, it looks like someone’s finally willing to sell her out: Rowan Woods, the director of her new flick, Winged Creatures.
Woods said his high profile cast was a pleasure to work with except for teenage starlet Dakota Fanning, who could be a diva on the set.
She initially refused to come out of her trailer on day one of shooting because her scene wasn’t filmed first, and was “intensely jealous” of her young co-star Josh Hutcherson.
“Everyone was on their best behaviour on this film because they have got a `really serious Australian director who is known for his ensemble work’,” Woods laughed.
“(Fanning) was the only one who was naughty.”
Woods said while he thinks Fanning is a fine actor, on this film she didn’t hit the mark.
“She is a gorgeous girl … but she was the disaster,” he said. “There was something about her presence that wasn’t ringing true. Most of our work was cutting her scenes and a lot of her scenes were cut.”

Though I don’t really care as long as it doesn’t show on her face- have you noticed how it’s perfectly symmetrical? I haven’t seen a face that even since Yoanna from ANTM2.

I know, right? She’s a teenager now, but she’s been working, virtually nonstop, since she was, what, like four years old or something? If we start all giving her a hard time now, she’s gonna end up all twisted and strung out by the time she’s nineteen, like Lindsay et alia. I don’t reckon it’s totally true. Maybe there was another reason she wouldn’t come out, he could be assuming it’s because of her scene, and maybe she had a crush on the other guy or something

Oh please. Most 14 year olds won’t leave the house if they have a big pimple or a bad hair day, until they get that stuff under control. When she leaves the trailer, she’s going to be filmed by paparazzi and the movie cameras, and that pimple/bad hair day/whatever is gonna be immortalized forever and seen by thousands, maybe millions.
Cut the girl a little slack, she’s a teenager, not a 30 year old. The director’s a DICK for calling her out in public about it. It should have been handled privately, imho.

I personally have almost given my mother a mental break-down.
If you ask her she will tell you that at one point during my teens, she thought I was either possessed or a demon in disguise…
Luckily though I grew out of it, and now I’m just a stubborn old bitch.

OMG, she’s 14 and not only going through those awful, rotten puberty stages but she’s also in the public eye. She looks demure, graceful and is a very beautiful young lady who is going to grow up and be a beautiful woman. Let’s just hope she doesn’t get tainted by the scrutiny that society places on people (me included). Personally, I think she’s a fantastic actress, she grew from an adorable little girl into a beautiful young lady and I pray she stays as graceful as she always appeared to be. Cripe, look at her eyes - amazingly blue! Please, stop with the negative remarks, she sets a fine example for the young girls today.

come on y’all! when i was 14, i had my bitchy moments and i’m sure alot of other young women have 2. it’s a coming of age time. dakota is beautful inside and out and y’all need 2 give her a break.
