After seeing the photo’s of her that were “leaked” she could scrub herself down in hydrogen peroxide and bleach and she would still look and be slutty to me. She may not be dressing as horrible and trashy as Brittany-Cheeto Queen or Christina did/do on stage yet but she’s certianly on her way. Miley-Chickmuck-Cheecks is a result of having Britster and Christina as so-called “role models”.

Britney wasn’t a role model for six-year-old girls. Britney wasn’t doing kids’ TV shows or promoting products targeted to elementary school students. That’s why Miley’s behaviour and usual outfit choices are deemed as appropriate. So you really can’t compare Miley to Britney at all…

I’m 22 years old. When I was 4-5 I was watching her on Mickey mouse club. When I was 10 she came out with “Hit me baby” My generation knows her rather well.
May I just remind you all that 10-17 year old girls are just as impressionable as 3+ girls? Only difference is after 12 they have boobs they can barely cover, stomachs to pierce and not to mention blowjobs to give at highschool parties.

Does the piercing of the navel directly impact the looseness of the girl?
Britney’s Non-Disney work has always been directed at teens and younger audiences who would listen to it at a club, so that would be older teens, young adults, etc…but it was also somewhat pg-13 until later on.
But what is still bothering me is this belly piercing = slut.

I completely agree with purplemonkeypaws. I myself have my lip and navel pierced, which does not make someone slutty. I think people would be surprised exactly how many people have navel piercings under their shirts. Its sad to think that someone would judge someone else by their piercings or tattoos.
I think she looks and seems to act pretty age appropriate. Most normal teens have done/will have done most of what she is “at fault” for.

There is a way to dress “age-appropriate” without looking cheap or slutty (or even dowdy). Miley Cyrus is not doing that the right way. She’s still a kid; teen pop sensation or not, she needs to rethink her wardrobe (ESPECIALLY if she considers herself to be a role model).
