Obviously no one here knows anything about fashion. First of all, they arenâ€™t mary janes, they are penny loafers. Second of all, the outfit is cute. So, Stop talking when you know nothing about it. Get a clue! Excuse me? Was that a dig at me? Because, although I noticed they were penny loafers after the fact, I certainly did not feel the need to submit a correction on a gossip blog. Those aren’t age wrinkles on her neck you mooks, lol.

It is marks left over from her necklace thingy. It looks like she pushed the material down and the imprints are left behind somewhat like what an elastic band would leave.
