Why does she have to issue an apology? If she apologizes to anyone it should be her family, she doesn’t owe *the world* an apology.

Dunno how true it is, but I heard on the radio that some woman has been following her around and made a bogus call to the cops about her and they said she wasn’t actually intoxicated, but who knows…. and honestly, I don’t really care but I thought I’d relay the news

Jess, I heard the same thing. Something about a woman who worked for a magazine, and she’s the only person who saw Heather driving erratically. It’s on TMZ too, (not sure that counts).

why issue a statement or apology? it will be another carbon copy statement like we get from all of them when we dont even give a shit in the first place.
