yo…foreals tho’, why lil’ dude gotta man’s face and junk. i mean dang, yesterday he had a cute little toddler face and today he literally looks like Marlon Wayans’ character in the movie ‘Little Man’. He looks like he’s a grown man in tha face. A little Rakim-ish if u ask me.

Give her a break. At least she’s being a good mother. I can only imagine what you guys would say if she had a Nanny carrying the kid, walking behind her, while Madonna chatted on her phone or something.

My little guy just turned 5 this summer.
He still wants to be picked up sometimes, or even rocked.
And he still crawls into bed with me every once in a while, just because.
Kids need comfort, and I’m going to enjoy it because in about 2 years he’ll be to cool to give his mom a kiss goodbye, or want to hear me say “love you snugglebug!” in front of his friends.

I have a 55 lbs 9 year-old, he still gets off the bus, jumps into my arms, and wants to be held and carried. The other 2 quit because I can catch up to 115 lbs (my oldest) but I can’t carry very long

What a handsome little boy. And those eyes – they definitely have that ‘old soul’ look. He is big for his age, but he is just three, still a little guy.

If you want your adopted child to grow up emotionally healthy, it is best to meet her/his dependency needs unconditionally. Probably a good rule of for thumb for bringing up all children. I don’t know if that is Madonna’s child raising policy, because as others have pointed out, it would be insanity not to carry your toddler when surrounded by wolfish paparazzi.

Yep, I’ve got a 40 lb. 5 year-old and I still carry him at times. If we’ve been walking a long time I always hear the whine, “Mooommmyyyy, carrryyy meeee”. Such is life as a parent.

My son is 4 he still has moments when he wants me to carry him and ofc I do! They grow so fast let them be little as long as they want to.

i’m with jk. new york, tons of animalistic photographers, 3 year old child – carry him. 3 year olds go through really independent and really dependent swings. but seriously she’d probably be a crappy mom, if she didn’t carry him with all the lunatics chasing her around.

I agree with jk. Its probably way easier and safer for her to carry her child as opposed to letting him walk when there is a crowd of photographers everywhere. The poor kid would be trampled.
