Anyone who thinks she maybe took one or two too many Vicodin is probably just being wishful.
It sounds like Heather was trashed.

TMZ says Heather was set up by a deranged gossip-hound…no, not the Beet ;). Freaky shit.
Looks like a reporter who is under investigation by the FBI called it in (on the tape) and did not identify herself as a reporter. All sounds very fishy!
Poor Heather,
This does sound a bit like a set up… Maybe they should have offered her a ride or called her a taxi… That would have saved her an awful lot of grief….
