Her voice is flat, uninteresting, and really, when they say its classic Britney, it really is- this song is not cutting edge AT ALL. Its very mid 1990’s

btw the following is not directed to anybody in particular, but rather just me thinking out loud.
She doesn’t have the absolutely best voice in the world, but she can sing, and dance. That’s what makes a awesome performance.
She has been one of the best pop artists out there, I cannot count the number of pop starlets and girl groups who have risen and fallen all while Britney has stayed at the top.
Thats endurance, talent, and ambition…I think she is still a good role model, maybe not for young girls, but definitely for girls in her -my- generation. We can hit rock bottom, pick up the pieces and kick some ass again!

I dont hate the Britster. Some of her other club songs were good. I’m just saying when her older songs came out, you could hear an innovative beat, a new sound, and she had this sexy voice that had some inflection too it.
Now she sounds flat, monotone, Like she’s dialing it in. And the beat and production is kinda blah
