The Smoking Gun has a bit on how an Indiana cocaine dealer sold to an undercover cop — adding a $25 gas surcharge for delivery of the drug due to rising gas prices.

OMG! Must say one thing about the report — there are 2 Starbucks in Portage. Probably the one by Wal-mart, seems more in standing with his later Bass Pro Shop Dealings!
